At NJ Premier Institute they offer an onsite externship which allows students to fulfill the 100 hours of onsite training they are required to complete after the 13 weeks of classes.
There will be a combination of classroom lecture and discussion followed by a lab where the practical use of the day's work will be shown. Students will train in a simulated work environment within an actual functioning dental office.
This program is designed to provide training so that our graduates will be equipped to obtain an entry level position in the field of dental assisting.
Graduates of the NJ Premier Institute for Medical and Dental Training will receive a Certificate of Completion in both Dental Assisting and Dental Radiology upon successfully achieving all program requirements and will be eligible to sit for the NJ Dental Radiology Exam.
Students must be at least 18 years of age and have ownership of a high school diploma or GED.
